SUITE 28:
Logan 2 Person Suite

Located in Unit 9 this two person office suite is 10.42m2 and contains 2 built in workstations complete with draws, cupboards and shelves. This unique suite is the only suite in our facility that has its own private access to a front balcony. The room is carpeted and features ducted air-conditioning and comes with the option of phone and internet rental. Unit 9 has a formal waiting area/foyer, for your clients and guest and just off that room is a 3 person meeting room which is great for signing documents or having a quick brief with clients and employees.

SUITE 6:
Logan 1 Person Suite

This one person suite provides everything you need from great storage to a large desk space.   This suite is ideal as you can comfortably fit in a numerous chairs for client consultations.  Spread across on 5.29m2, the entrance is glassed from floor to ceiling with ducted air conditioning and lush carpeted floors. This suite also has great access to one of our 6 meeting rooms, outdoor lunch area, kitchen and bathrooms.

Our Counselling and Consulting rooms offer a private and peaceful space for your organisation, complete with a side table and comfortable chairs for you and your clients.

I use the M1 Business Centre regularly for client meetings. The reception team are always friendly and helpful, both on the phone and when you're there.
It provides a great professional venue to meet with your business contact at very reasonable rates.
They have a range of meeting rooms range from 2 person table & chairs only to rooms with whiteboard to training rooms and a boardroom which have projectors as well.
They provide free wifi as well. Limited onsite parking is available but roadside parking is also available.
